They are all glazed with tough impact-resistant lenses that will not crack under pressure. Polycarbonate lenses - often the first choice for safety eyewear because of its superb strength and lightness, is available in a choice of single vision, bifocal and varifocal lens options. The more traditional option of thermally toughened glass is also available in these prescriptions.

As an ISO9000 accredited company all Norville spectacles meet the requirements of BSEN166 and carry the British Safety Kitemark in addition to the CE Mark.

Protective Prescription Eyewear
The choice of styles is extensive for every taste and age group. Aviator models, with their distinctive brow bar, are available in a choice of metals in gunmetal, bronze and black tones and the lightest titanium. Supplied with pivotable ear locks and detachable side shields, they also provide protection over the top of the spectacles.

Classic styling for men and women includes the fashion for smaller eye sizes with rounder shapes and more rectangular eye sizes in lightweight metals, some with an attractive gold-plated look. Extra comfort comes with the silicon bridge pad and a feeling of reassurance, thanks to the safety sides.

Extremely lightweight acetate frames, again with protective sides, bring clearly feminine styles in burgundy and brown while other acetates in the aviator style are quite masculine.

Aviators, wraps and large-eyed panda-style protectors come in coloured acetates that include blue, red, green and grey, again with full side and over the top protection.
